The problem
Poultry farmers keep flock, feed, mortality and sales records in notebooks, phone notes and chat groups. When a flock is sold it is hard to say what it actually cost, which vaccines were given, or whether the next batch should be bigger or smaller.
What we did
We designed and built the whole platform: the records system for flocks, feed, mortality, eggs, vaccines and expenses; profit and feed calculators; guides and courses; a marketplace; and AI-assisted support. It runs as a web app and an Android app on one shared cloud backend with sign-in, storage and background functions, and it syncs across devices.

Flock and daily records
Farmers set up each flock and log feeding, health, production and mortality day by day.
Calculators and reports
Profit and feed calculators, and farm reports that can be exported and shared.
AI Expert
Poultry questions answered with practical checklists; the app says plainly that it does not replace a vet.
Courses and certificates
Poultry courses with quizzes, certificates, and a public page where a certificate can be verified.
Marketplace and vendor dashboards
Listings for poultry products and services, with a separate dashboard and verification step for vendors.
Reminders, subscriptions and account care
Opt-in farm reminders, Google Play subscriptions with purchase restore, and a public account-deletion page.
One backend for web and Android
Sign-in, cloud sync, file storage and background functions shared by both apps, so a record entered on the phone shows in the browser.
Outcome
Poultrix Hub is live at poultrixhub.com and on Google Play, with a public listing updated in August 2026. Farmers can use the guides and calculators without an account and keep private records once signed in.
