Service terms
How we scope, quote and deliver work, and the terms for using this website. Last updated 17 September 2026.
Enquiries are not contracts
Sending an enquiry or consultation request through this website does not create a contract, and does not commit you or GAB Software Company Limited to anything. Budget ranges and timelines you select are preferences that help us prepare a proposal. They are not accepted prices or delivery commitments.
Scope before price
Custom development is quoted only after a scope review. A written proposal sets out what is included, what is not, the timeline, the price and the payment stages. Work starts when the proposal is accepted in writing and any agreed deposit has been received.
Consultation requests
A consultation request is confirmed only when we reply to confirm a specific date and time. Until then no appointment exists. Times are shown in East Africa Time (EAT, UTC+3).
Ownership and accounts
Unless a proposal says otherwise, the code, designs and content we produce for you become yours once the related invoices are paid. Accounts for hosting, domains, app stores and third-party services are created in your name or transferred to you at handover. Our own products remain the property of GAB Software Company Limited.
Third-party services
Hosting providers, payment providers, app stores and similar services have their own terms and fees, which you agree to directly with them. We will tell you in advance which services a project depends on and what they are likely to cost.
Using this website
The content of this website is provided for information and may change without notice. Product availability is described as accurately as we can verify it. You may not use the site to send spam, attempt to access the admin area, or interfere with its operation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Specific engagements are governed by the signed proposal or agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence over this page.
